無法置換Windows登入畫面之解決方法

1. Go to Start->Run and type in regedit.
2. Back up your registry using File->Export.
3. In the tree on the left, navigate to the following key:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background
4. Double-click on the OEMBackground key and change its value to 0.
5. Click OK.
